RE-IMAGINING LEADERSHIP (4/4)

In the midst of the pandemic, Jamuna Devi single-handedly led from the frontlines in her little hamlet in Odisha. Demonstrating the power of inclusivity and out-of-the-box thinking, she brought her community together to create a safe space for all and everyone to thrive.

(We produced a series of four short documentaries set in Uttarakhand and Odisha, where women in positions of leadership have completely transformed their communities. From the youngest woman sarpanch in Uttarakhand's modern history to two best friends in their 60's transforming the meaning of leadership in the mountains, these sets of stories were a pleasure to work on! A big shout out to The Hunger Project for trusting us with these stories.)
